Role: Business Development Manager (International Student Recruiting)
The Business Development Manager (International Student Recruiting) is responsible for expanding the organization’s global network of students, partners, and educational institutions. This role focuses on identifying new markets, building strategic relationships, and driving enrollment growth by promoting academic programs to international students and recruitment partners.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Partner Acquisition
- Identify and develop new international markets for student recruitment.
- Build partnerships with overseas education consultants, high schools, language centers, and pathway providers.
- Conduct market analysis to understand demand, competition, and emerging regions for student mobility.
- Promote the institution’s programs through presentations, webinars, and international outreach.
Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Generate high-quality leads and student inquiries for admissions.
- Represent the institution at fairs, exhibitions, virtual events, and information sessions.
- Guide potential students or partners on admission requirements, program offerings, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with international agents, partners, and education networks.
- Provide ongoing training and updates to agents regarding new programs, policies, and application procedures.
- Resolve inquiries, maintain service quality, and support partners to increase conversions.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the admissions, marketing, and academic departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Monitor application pipelines, conversion rates, and enrollment targets.
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment guidelines, ethical standards, and regional regulations.
